I absolutely love working with individuals like you one to one.

It starts with a complimentary sleep coaching session.

This is the best way for me to get to know you and give you personalised tools and techniques that will transform not just your sleep, but all other areas of your life.

My approach is a unique combination of many different principles that I’ve worked with in my past; from alternative approaches, coaching, mentoring to more spiritual work as well.

Depending on your needs, I will use these to design a fully bespoke package for you.

Being an insomniac myself a few years ago, I can relate to many of the issues that you are facing in your every day. Our time is a totally open environment where you can be yourself and get support with what you are truly struggling with. I am here for you every step of the way to keep you moving forwards. 

I will personally coach and mentor you to get you from where you are today to the goals that we set out together. My clients’ results are always amazing; from carving time out for you to sleep well at night and wake up refreshed, to being laser focused and truly productive during the day. You will even learn how to switch off your racing thoughts and wind down at the end of the day.

Q. What happens before the first session? 


You will be asked to complete one of my Sleep Deep Method assessment forms. Your answers, along with all of our sessions, are 100% confidential. So please do provide me with as much information as possible. This will helps us to make the most of our time together.

Q. What happens during a session? 


The bespoke sleep coaching session is highly effective because every step is tailored to you and what you need the most. The first session is about identifying the issues behind your most burning question, so that we can develop and design a plan of action for you. I will also give you honest (no BS) and realistic feedback on exactly what you need to do to change your current situation and achieve your desired result. Sleeping better isn’t a ‘maybe if I am lucky’ thing!

Q. What is expected of me (the client) during a session?

I need clients come to me with their mind open to new ways of living, commitment to follow my advice and the willingness to change.

Q. What happens after booking?

After you make your booking, we will arrange a suitable time to meet on Skype. During the session, please make sure that you are in a space where you can talk openly and honestly about where you are. The best place is your home without anyone distracting you. During the session we will create your action plan so that you meet your desired goal. After our call, you will put these changes into place and start to feel the benefits quickly.

Q. What if the advice I’m given doesn’t work for me?

I believe in honestly and integrity, but also the commitment to change as the first step. My advice and suggestions will always be based on the information I receive from you, so be honest and give me as much information as you can prior to the call. The tools and techniques I use with my clients are proven and tested. They will work, but only if you are 100% committed to change. I will be here to support you if you are ready to change. That is my commitment to you.
