I am really looking forward to talking to my guest for this masterclass: Paul Kelly, Chief Operating Officer of Strictly Recruitment (https://strictly-recruitment.co.uk)

We will talk about some of those changes that professionals in all walks of life had to go through and how these impacted their sleep over the past few weeks.

In times like these when the world is globally impacted by so much bad news, of course levels of fear, worry and anxiety increase.

We already know that these impact our ability to switch off and sleep through the night peacefully, resulting in waking up tired before the day even begins.

Now is not the time to suffer in silence with sleep deprivation. We need to stay healthy, happy and focussed to overcome current challenges and get life as we know it back on track as soon as possible.

The links between mental health problems and sleep are quite well researched. Stressed professionals generally take two or even three times longer to do things; affecting their daytime performance.

In turn the pressure of this increased stress from running behind, of course impacts our sleep. Before long we are faced with a higher risk of developing serious physiological problems which can lead to burnout.

During this virtual masterclass we will go through the essentials:

  • The difference between short term, long term insomnia and other sleep problems
  • 4 pillars of great sleep so that you can start with what is impacting you the most
  • Practical tools and techniques to ensure great sleep for weeks to come
  • Time for Q&A

Is this masterclass for you?

Perhaps you are not able to switch off at night; tossing and turning in bed, your thoughts racing.

Maybe you are waking up in the middle of the night and unable to get back to sleep for the same reasons.

Or if you are waking up tired or even exhausted after either one of the above, this is quite normal, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck there.

We will talk about what can you do to get going and still have a productive day. Using the 4 pillars of sleep mentioned above, we will go through practical steps that you can take to ensure that your short term insomnia or sleep problem is not going to turn into chronic insomnia and keep you sleepless for the coming months.

Register above and join us to hit the reset button on your energy and focus.
