Overwhelm, and the pressure that comes with it, can be so destructive that it completely diffuses our efforts with our business. And then, balls get dropped, things go wrong, and subsequently the overwhelm increases.

I recently talked to a couple of new mums with small babies under 1 year old who had started a business because they didn’t want to go back to full time employment.
I can relate to this because, even though I don’t have any children myself, I too decided to figure out a way to be able to enjoy my life more, spending more time with the people that I care about.
