I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Mira Rutter from Rutter Coaching as part of her interview series
We discussed things like keeping a sleep diary to figure out how much sleep you actually need, the relevance of technology in our lives (apps like Sleep Cycle and Fitbit) and ways of switching off in the evening.
